We offer assistance to creditors of companies against which restructuring proceedings have been opened or whose bankruptcy has been declared. We control various stages of the proceedings, being in constant contact with the receiver, administrator or supervisor. At the request of creditors, we also prepare motions for declaring bankruptcy of debtors.
