How do we use your email address?
The data controller is Doniec Górecki & Partnerzy sp.k., based in Kraków. You provide your address voluntarily to receive the newsletter on the basis of your consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Brevo handles subscriptions and email delivery. To document your request, WordPress retains its date, source, consent wording and a protected hash of your address for 90 days; this is not a register of confirmed subscriptions. We also retain your encrypted address, linked to a random identifier, for up to 48 hours so that we can check whether your subscription was completed when you return from Brevo. Details of your rights, data recipients and contact information are provided in our privacy policy.
